Delivery times are an estimate only. Orders outside of USA may be affected by customs delays when they reach your country. Times listed exclude order processing times and may be affected by operational issues by the courier. National Lockdowns, stay at home orders and Public Holidays may also affect dispatch times for orders.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-ordered products will ship once available. If you are also purchasing non-preorder items and want those items sent right away, we recommend placing separate orders. SEEN will provide estimated shipping timeframes on the products page and notify customers promptly of any expected changes should it arise. Customers may cancel their pre-order if subsequent date changes are not suitable.
SHIPPING PROCESS
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. SEEN will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped (this can take up to 24 hours to become active). Please allow up to 2 days for order processing and dispatch in addition to the above listed transit times.
STOLEN & LOST PARCELS
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. SEEN is not responsible for missing or stolen packages once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided. SEEN is not liable for any damage to parcels once successfully delivered to the correct shipping address.
DUTIES & TAXES
Please be aware that all countries have different laws regarding the importation of certain products and taxes etc., and our orders designated for shipment to countries outside of the USA may be subject to import fees of which we have no control over and are unable to provide estimates of, as they differ widely from country to country. We cannot take any responsibility for the payment of import fees, taxes or other associated import costs to any country, as these costs are the responsibility of the recipient - where you have concerns regarding this, as your purchase amount is over the countries declared threshold, we recommend you contact your local Customs office for current charges before placing your order.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to SEEN, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
BLACK FRIDAY & OTHER SALE EVENTS
While we hope for no disruptions to our normal shipping times, our warehouse team is small (for now) so please allow up to 10 additional days for dispatch times during large sale periods, new launches, pre-orders and site wide sale events such as Black Friday.
UNCOLLECTED/UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Any orders that are unable to be successfully delivered by the courier will incur a $15 Return To Sender (RTS) fee. We will endeavour to contact you to have the package resent at your own cost. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days, your items will be restocked and a store credit will be processed (minus RTS fees). Unsuccessful delivery reasons could be due to incorrect information submitted at the time of checkout, or not collecting the package from your local collection point in a reasonable time frame.

SEEN cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the freight courier or postal service.
Return label cost are covered by SEEN ATHLETIC for the remainder of 2025. This excludes any restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
SEEN is unable to modify or cancel processed orders once they have been shipped.
